PURA VIDA

For several weeks, I lived in a remote Costa Rican nature reserve, hosted by two biologists who devote their lives to the study and preservation of ecosystems. This immersion in the heart of the rainforest transformed my way of seeing living things. Every day, we met wild animals, fascinating insects and extraordinary plants. Each species, however tiny, plays an essential role in the balance of this teeming world.

This intimate connection with nature, this feeling of witnessing an invisible network of interdependencies, has had a profound effect on me. I wanted to capture these emotions in a jewelry collection that tells the story of life in this reserve: ants cultivating a mushroom in symbiosis, butterflies with fragile wings catching the light, snakes with undulating movements, ferns curling up ready to open.

PURA VIDA pays tribute to the beauty of this biodiversity, to its delicacy, but also to its invisible strength. Each piece celebrates a fragment of this interconnected living world, reminding us that we too are part of this precious balance.
