Snowy collaboration with Maison du Chocolat

Every year, at Christmas time, La Maison du Chocolat rivals originality by offering a collection of chocolate pieces combining meticulous craftsmanship and gourmet flavors from quality products.

This year, I was proud to accept the invitation from creative chef and MOF pâtissier Nicolas Cloiseau to collaborate on the project.
